On July 15, the sensational topic about GameART continued on the Casinomeister website, which were caught cheating at the beginning of 2018. As a result, the developer officially admitted that he overestimated the return of demo modes in order to lure players. Back then, there was no punishment for GameART, and many players may not even be aware of their machinations.
Around the same time, the Maltese regulator posted a message that it had nothing to do with GameART and did not issue a license to them, and any claim to the contrary must be considered a lie. Obviously, the developer was trying to trick everyone into having an MGA license.
Recently, Casinomeister forum user Sunflytoy provided a lot of evidence that GameART is associated with gambling companies that have been caught cheating in the past. Moreover, the fraud was revealed by reliable resources such as Casinomeister and ThePOGG.
In particular, a forum user talks about the developer's connection with Blue Ocean Gaming. In 2014, the online casinos they run were proven to offer fake games, cheat about licenses, and make up stories on the go to get themselves out of bad stories.
Further evidence was offered of a connection with Mirage Corporation, whose brand was also caught providing fake games, this time by another well-known resource, LCB (Latest Casino Bonuses). As a result, there were suspicions about the existence of a huge network of fraudulent companies and brands.
The connection with GameART was found by the user in the common owners of domains, the single servers that are used by all these branches of one alleged group of scammers. There are also coincidences in phone numbers, when two different companies that officially have no connection have the same contacts.
The user also says that the developer's slots are downloaded from the servers of Hypergaming, which is owned by Saverio Castellano. This person is considered with the founder of GameART. Interestingly, the site of this Hypergaming says that operators can control jackpots, free spins and customize games. It also shows connections between other suspicious companies.
It is unlikely that GameART will respond to the accusations, because even in the case of twisted demo modes, they themselves did not make any statements. Confessions were obtained from them by representatives of the Videoslots casino, who reported that the developer recognized fraud. At the same time, the casino immediately refused their slots and still does not offer them.
