One of the Casinomeister users recently posted a report about fake sites that allegedly confirm that the casino has a Curacao license. These are domains that look like legal addresses, but are not. Casinos that do not actually have a license leave a link to a fake site where they publish confirmation that they have a license.
Therefore, you need to carefully look not only for the site to have an icon of the jurisdiction that issued the permission and go to the validator site. Spell-check the addresses you are directed to. Official domains for checking the Curacao license can be found in this article. The two most popular licenses are validator.curacao-egaming.com (Curacao eGaming) and validator.antillephone.com (Antillephone). And below are the fakes that were mentioned in the post on Casinomeister:
Below is one example of fake license confirmation pages. Outwardly, they are no different from the official pages, since it is very easy to fake them. But firstly, the domain is wrong and, accordingly, the wrong email for complaints. And secondly, the license number is invalid: 8031/JAZ. It just doesn't exist, Antillephone has the number 8048/JAZ. The other three Curaçao license companies have license numbers 1668/JAZ, 365/JAZ and 5536/JAZ. Read more about Curacao master license holders and their details here.
